NOTABLES 
  • Put together a strong sophomore season where he competed in 12 meets 
  • Posted top-50 marks in four of the five events he competed in 
  • Placed second in the 3,000M with a time of 9:23.46 at the Lane Community College Open on March 15 
  • Became the first student-athlete in program history to run the 2K Steeplechase and finished ninth overall (6:35.93) at the Oregon Preview 
  • Finished eighth overall and earned one point for his team in the 3K Steeplechase (9:52.07) at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet
  • Ran a PR time in the 5K (15:25.80) to finish 24th at NWCs 
  • Closed out his first season at L&C by setting a PR in the 3K Steeplechase (9:44.51) to move up to 22ndin program history in the event 
At Lewis & Clark: Minoring in Environmental Studies ... Member of the cross country, Fire Arts and Gaming Society groups on campus. 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Transfer from Linfield University (NCAA DIII) … Ran cross country and track & field at Linfield during his first year … Attended West Valley High School … Won the District Championship in the 3,200M as a senior … Finished third at Districts and 52nd at States (team placed third overall) in cross country during his senior season … Led his cross country team to District Championships in cross country as a junior and season … Won the Robert Allen Award (runner) as the student-athlete who most embodies XC spirit as a sophomore … Finished his high school career with a 4.0 GPA … Mother Claire competed in soccer, cross country and track & field at Colorado College.
