Maddy Hubbs joined the Lewis & Clark coaching staff in the Fall of 2024.
Hubbs, who had a tremendous collegiate career at fellow Northwest Conference school Pacific University, will primarily work with the Pioneers distance and middle-distance runners. She worked with five runners who earned All-Conference honors during the 2024-25 season including senior Riley Buese who earned four all-American honors.
At Pacific, Hubbs competed for five year for the Boxers and was a three-time All-Conference honoree in the 3,000M Steeplechase. She won the Northwest Conference Title in 2022 and finished third overall in 2021 and 2023. She also scored points in the 1,500M and 5,000M at NWCs and was a member of the cross country team. Hubbs graduated from Pacific in 2024 with a degree in Kinesiology and Sports Leadership and Management.
