Macy O'Hara

O'Hara returned to her alma mater in the Fall of 2024 as a member of the track & field coaching staff.

She worked with the team's sprinters during the 2024-25 school year. O'Hara worked with five sprinters/hurdlers who earned All-Conference honors including Harrison Fung (Northwest Conference Champion in the 400M Hurdles) and the 4x400M Relay Team that finished second overall.

O'Hara put together a phenomenal career as a dual sport-athlete (track & field and women's soccer) at Lewis & Clark. She competed on the track & field team for her final three seasons and was a three-time All-Conference honoree. The Portland native was named to the NWC All-Conference Team in the 400M in each of her final two years and helped the 4x400M Relay Team place second overall in 2024. As a junior, O'Hara was named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team for the 400M in both indoor and outdoor track and the Distance Medley Relay (indoor track). She wrapped up her career in the top-six in outdoor program history in the 200M (second), 400M (fourth) and 100M (sixth). She also ranks first all-time in the 4x400M Relay - after the Pioneers quartet set the program record at the 2024 NWC Championship Meet. O'Hara graduated from Lewis & Clark in 2024 with a degree in Rhetoric & Media Studies.
