Jordan Latt

Jordan Latt enters his seventh year as an assistant coach for the Pioneers ahead of the 2025-26 season. He works primarily with the sprinters.

The Pioneers enjoyed another strong season working with Latt during the 2024-25 season. Five sprinters/hurdlers earned All-Conference honores at the Northwest Conference Championship. Sophomore Harrison Fung won his first career NWC Title (400M Hurdles) and the women's 4x400M Relay Team placed third overall. 

During the 2023-24 season, Latt worked with a strong group of Pioneers sprinters and hurdlers. Five Pioneers earned All-Conference honors in sprinting and hurdles events, including three student-athletes who received their first career All-Conference honors. The women's 4x400M Relay Team finished second overall at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet and broke the program record that had stood for 37 years. 
 
Before becoming a coach, Latt was a four-year track & field athlete at the University of Oregon. Latt was a two-time conference scorer indoors as a Duck and earned a top-10 mark in program history for the indoor 400M. In addition, Latt spent the 2011 season at Lane Community College where he was the Northwest Athletic Conference champion in the 400M. He earned All-American honors in the 400m & 4x400m as well as top-10 in program history marks at Lane. 
 
Latt comes from a history of coaching at the youth level from 2017-2020. While at Tigard Youth Track, he coached 3 event finalists at the USATF National Junior Olympics meet (2017,2019).
 
He graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Journalism-Advertising in 2015. 
 
Outside of coaching, Jordan is the Student Employment Coordinator at Lewis & Clark.
