Jaelen Hodges joined the Lewis & Clark rowing coaching staff ahead of the 2023-24 season.
The All-American coxswain primarily works with the coxswains at her alma mater. Hodges spent four years as a member of the Lewis & Clark rowing program and three seasons as the coxswain of the women's 1v8+. She was named to the Northwest Conference All-Conference Team in each of her final two seasons (2022 and 2023) and earned CRCA/Pocock Second Team All-American honors as a senior. During her senior year, Hodges guided Lewis & Clark to their first-ever Northwest Conference Championship Title and a seventh-place finish at the 2023 NCAA DIII National Championship Regatta.
