Kristian Peev entered his first season on the Lewis & Clark tennis coaching staff in in the spring of 2025.

A familiar face within the program, Peev brings a wealth of experience from his time as a Pioneer, having played for Lewis & Clark from 2019 to 2023. During his collegiate career, he established himself as one of the top players in the Northwest Conference, earning First Team All-Conference honors in both his junior and senior seasons while competing in the No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles positions.

Over the course of his time at Lewis & Clark, Peev secured 59 total victories, with 30 of those coming in singles play. In his senior year alone, he notched 21 wins—10 in singles and 11 in doubles. Teaming up with Wade McDermott, the duo finished the season ranked No. 15 in the West Region, even taking George Fox University’s top-ranked doubles team to a tiebreaker in the NWC semifinals.

Peev’s junior season was equally impressive, earning him his second straight All-Conference selection after being named to the NWC Second Team in 2021. He competed exclusively at the No. 1 singles spot and appeared in nearly every match at No. 1 doubles. At the ITA Northwest Regional Championship, he advanced to the Round of 16 in singles play, finishing with a 2-1 record.

Before joining the Pioneers in 2019, Peev was a standout at Valley Catholic High School. He was a state finalist in 2018 and went on to capture the state championship for the Valiants in 2019.

Since June 2021, Peev has been serving as an assistant coach at the Multnomah Athletic Club.
