• Put together his best season since his freshman campaign (2021) by earning All-Conference honors for the second time 
• Competed in five races during his senior season 
• Finished top-four on the team in his final four races of the year, including second overall twice 
• Posted a pair of top-20 finishes 
• Opened the year by posting a time of 19:29.6 at the Ash Creek Collegiate Invite (6K) on September 8 
• Ran the second-fastest time of his collegiate career and first sub-25 time (8K) since 2021, when he finished 19^th overall at the George Oja Linfield Invitational with a time of 24:49.5
• Earned All-Conference honors by placing ninth overall and second on the team at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet (25:16.7)
• Finished fourth on the team and in 57^th place at the NCAA DIII West Regionals with a time of 26:12.3

• Competed in five races during his junior campaign 
• Finished second on the team and 30^th overall at the Ash Creek Collegiate Meet (6K course) on September 16 with a time of 18:57.3 
• Posted a season-best time of 26:25.6 at the Dellinger Invite (8K) on September 23 to finish third on the team (82^nd place) 
• Placed 16^th overall, third on the team, at the NWC Championship Meet with a time of 25:17.3 (personal-best time at NWCS) 
• Crossed the finish line at the NCAA Division III West Regional Championship Meet in second place on the team (68^th overall) in 26:28.4

As A Sophomore (2021-22): Named an All-Region and All-Conference honoree … Competed in a team-high six races … Finished first on the team in five of his six races and second in the other … Finished in the top-five in one race and the top-10 in three races … Made his collegiate cross country debut on September 1 at the L&C Opener, when he led the team and finished 30^th overall with a time of 21:23.3 over 6.3K … Finished third overall at the PLU Invitational on September 18 with a time of 25:33.90 … Registered a career-best time of 24:45.4 at the Dellinger Invitational on September 23 … Recorded the second-fastest time on the team and sixth-fastest overall at the Northwest Conference Championship (26:13.4) … Led the team and posted a ninth-place finish overall at the West Region Cross Country Championship (25:10.7) … Finished in 189^th place at Nationals when he crossed the line in 25:25.0 … Ended the season with the seventh-fastest time in program history and the second-fastest mark by a freshman performer. 

As a Freshman (2020-21): Did not compete; no season (coronavirus pandemic).
