• Put together a strong first season on Palatine Hill 
• Competed in seven meets during his sophomore campaign 
• Placed fourth or fifth on the team in every meet this season 
• Finished inside the top-40 in five of his seven races 
• Made his Pioneers debut on August 31 when he posted a career-best 6K time of 19:21.1 at the Linfield Harrier Classic
• Posted a time of 26:30.2 at the D3 Pre-Nationals to place 143^rd overall 
• Finished fourth on the team and 37^th overall at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet with a time of 26:41.4
• Ran a career-best 8K time of 26:09.4 to finish 81^st (fifth on the team) at the NCAA DIII West Regional Championship Meet 

2023-24 (First Year at Linfield): Competed in six races during his freshman year at Linfield ... Made his collegiate debut on September 1 at the Linfield Harrier Classic where he placed 47th (19:53.1) over 6K ... Ran a season-best time of 25:48.5 (over 8K) at the Linfield George Oja Cross Country Invitational ... Placed 32nd overall and was Linfield's fifth scorer at the 2023 NWC Championship Meet ... Finished in 117th place (fourth on his team) at the 2023 NCAA DIII West Regional Championship Meet. 

At Lewis & Clark: Minoring in Environmental Studies ... Member of the track & field team, Fire Arts and Gaming Society groups on campus. 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Transfer from Linfield University (NCAA DIII) … Ran cross country and track & field at Linfield during his first year … Attended West Valley High School … Won the District Championship in the 3,200M as a senior … Finished third at Districts and 52^nd at States (team placed third overall) in cross country during his senior season … Led his cross country team to District Championships in cross country as a junior and season … Won the Robert Allen Award (runner) as the student-athlete who most embodies XC spirit as a sophomore … Finished his high school career with a 4.0 GPA … Mother Claire competed in soccer, cross country and track & field at Colorado College.
