Lincoln coached junior rowing for 9 years; two as the varsity coach at San Diego Rowing Club and 7 as the Novice coach with Oregon Rowing Unlimited.  He as worked with three junior national rowing teams and was the assistant coach for the crews that brought home silver medals from Junior worlds in 2003 & 2004.  He is in his 2nd year coaching at Lewis & Clark.  During his first year with the program the men's team secured the NCRC Conference title for the first time.
