Sami Morgan (sophomore, San Mateo, Calif.) drove in seven runs in Saturday's 17-7 victory over the Puget Sound Loggers. Morgan smashed a grand slam to left center, walked in a run, and singled in two more. Morgan's 7-RBI in a game ties a season high for the Pioneers. The Pioneers had not had a hitter drive in seven or more runs in a game since 2002. AJ Brown also had seven RBI in a game against Whitworth two weeks ago. Morgan had five hits in the series.
