Mission

The Student-Athlete Academic Support Office is committed to providing opportunities for students to excel academically while participating in intercollegiate athletics.

Objectives

  • Foster an intercollegiate athletics community, which excels academically by demonstrating scholarship and academic integrity
  • Develop and provide comprehensive programs and services that enhance the holistic academic experience of Lewis & Clark student-athletes
  • Provide supplemental academic advisement, resources, and support for current and prospective Lewis & Clark student-athletes
  • Educate student-athletes, coaches, and athletics staff on the various academic programs within the college
  • Ensure the academic success of our student-athletes while monitoring their individual compliance with NCAA Division III and Northwest Conference academic rules and regulations
  • Provide all student-athletes with the means necessary to achieve successful degree completion
